Room Rates are based on single or double occupancy, except Deluxe Thai Villa, Family Oceanview and Family Beachfront, which are based on 1-4 person occupancy. Room Rates include American breakfast. Extra Bed / Extra Person 3-12 years, including American Breakfast: 700 Baht Extra Bed / Extra Person over 12, including American Breakfast: 1,400 Baht (please enquire for availability). Baby cot for child 0-2 years free of charge Pickup service available for 300 Baht/ person. |
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations one month prior to check in date will receive a full refund of their deposit less a 15% admin fee and any bank transfer fees incurred. Cancellations less than one month prior to check in, or early checkouts, during low season will be subject to a one room night cancellation fee per room booked at the highest rate during the period staying, plus a 15% admin fee and any bank transfer fees incurred. Cancellations during high season will be subject to a two room night cancellation fee per room booked plus a 15% admin fee. Cancellations during peak season will be subject to a three room night cancellation fee per room booked plus a 15% admin fee.
Wedding Cancellation Policy
For cancellations more than 90 days prior to the ceremony date, deposits are refundable by 75% less a 15% admin fee. Cancellations less than 90 days and more than 30 days before the ceremony date are refundable by 50% less the 15% admin fee. Cancellations 30 days or less prior to ceremony date are non-refundable.
